Who is this coaching for?

Beyond The 12 works with professionals who have at least one year of sobriety and feel a gap between who they are in their recovery and who they show up as in their careers. If you're grounded in your recovery but frustrated, stuck, or invisible in your professional life, this is built for you.

What happens on a Leadership Clarity Call?

It's 30 minutes, one-on-one with Evala. No pitch deck, no funnel, no scripted sales process. We look at where you are right now, where you want to be, and whether there's a genuine fit between your needs and what Beyond The 12 offers. You'll leave with clarity either way.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, all coaching is 100% virtual. Evala is based in Louisville, KY but works with clients across the country. If you have a stable internet connection and 60 minutes, location is never a barrier.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. We use recovery principles as practical leadership tools, not to revisit the past or do therapeutic work. If you're in therapy, coaching is a complement to it, not a replacement. Evala is a coach, not a therapist or clinical professional.
